Jesus as the Cornerstone and the Holy Spirit as the Keystone furthers our experience of the Resurrection and further informs our response to the Resurrection. Jesus is the cornerstone of our faith and the Holy Spirit can truly be seen as the keystone that completes and empowers the church.
As witnesses today, Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, and all of his teachings and revelation, provide the foundation upon which our faith is built. As witnesses today, the Holy Spirit is the keystone in our lives, completing, empowering, and holding together our faith in Christ.
The cornerstone and keystone work together to build, sustain, and empower us today to fulfill our divine call and purpose - to go out to all the world and testify to the Gospel, the Good News, of Jesus Christ.
