Christlife Series

Christlife is a Catholic ministry to help equip participants for the important work of evangelization in our communities. During interactive sessions, you will come to know the love of God through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, helping you to bring others to His love. The series is broken down into three segments: Discovering, Following and Sharing.

Small Groups

Small Group communities are where our larger parish community becomes a smaller community. Groups gather to share their faith by diving deeper into our weekly messages, connect and grow with one another, support one another through challenges and explore life while asking questions and building each other up in our Catholic faith. We invite you to get involved with a Small Group, learn more below!

Called & Gifted

God calls each of us to a unique purpose, a work of love that only YOU can do. We are all equipped with spiritual gifts from God in Baptism and Confirmation. Through these gifts, God calls us to reach others. If you're curious about how you are called to share God's love and light with others at home, at work and in your community, join Called & Gifted to help discover your unique mission in life.

Formed

Formed is an online Catholic resource website that everyone at Saint Helen can access free-of-charge! Content includes videos, e-books, talks, live broadcasts, study programs, children's programs and more!

Spiritual Book Club

The Spiritual Book Club is an opportunity to explore your faith through reading and sharing spiritual books that cover a wide variety of topics. Our meetings are informal and there is no commitment, so feel free to swing by whenever there's a book that stirs your interest.

For more information, please contact Ellen Walsh at [email protected].

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction can help open your eyes and heart to seeing God throughout your day. It's not about problem solving, counseling and therapy. Spiritual directors listen and can help you recognize and respond to God's Will in your life.

If you find yourself...
Desiring a deeper relationship with God or new ways to pray
Feeling your relationship with God is at a crossroads
Needing someone to help you discern a decision in your life
Wishing you had someone you could trust to talk to about God
Perhaps Spiritual Direction may be for you!

Our parish has five certified Spiritual Directors. If you think this might be a way for you to recognize God’s actions in your life, please contact one of the following:
