A support group for people impacted by a loved one abusing alcohol or drugs. Meetings are weekly at St. Helen’s on Monday evenings in the Parish Center from 7:30 to 9:00. Any questions call 908-232-1189. Confidentiality respected.

St. Helen's Counseling Project

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Liz Migneco is available to assist individuals, couples and families who may be experiencing difficulties and stressors in their everyday lives. Blue Horizons (presently on hold)

Blue Horizons Senior Single Women’s Group The Blue Horizons Senior Single Women’s Group meetings are an opportunity to renew friendships and make new friends. Speakers are presented with timely topics relevant to our group. Check the Bulletin for monthly meeting dates and details. New members are always welcome!

Caregiver's Support

This group provides support for persons who are responsible for the cares of a family member or friend. This group meets on the first Monday of every month (with the exception of holidays, at which time, it is held on the second Monday) at 7:30 PM. Family Support for Persons with Disabilities
