Starting a LifeLine is about building a welcoming environment where people can connect, grow, and support one another. Here's what you'll need to get started:

Common Questions

What's a typical LifeLine gathering like?

Each LifeLine is unique! Activity-based groups might meet for walks, sports, or creative projects. Other groups might gather for coffee and conversation. Most in-person gatherings last 1-2 hours and include time for connection, sharing, and mutual support.
