Saint Helen Parish in Westfield is hosting an Inclusive Mass on Sunday, December 21 at 2:00 PM—a peaceful, sensory-friendly liturgy designed with accessibility in mind.

This Mass features gentler pacing and music, visual aids and picture missals, a quiet room, sensory supports (fidgets, noise-reducing options), peer buddies to assist, and hospitality after Mass.

It's designed for anyone who benefits from a calmer worship experience: those with sensory sensitivities, neurodiversity, developmental disabilities, communication differences, chronic conditions, anxiety—as well as their caregivers and loved ones.
