Christlife at Saint Helen

Discovering Christ is a six-week experience designed to create a welcoming space for honest conversations about faith and life's purpose. Whether you're new to exploring Christianity or seeking to deepen your relationship with Jesus, this journey offers an opportunity to encounter the love of God the Father, enter into or renew a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as God’s children .

What to Expect Each Week:

7:00 PM – Enjoy a communal meal and fellowship.

7:30 PM – Engage with a dynamic talk.

8:15 PM – Participate in meaningful small group discussions.  ( talk as much or as little as you wish) It's all done in a warm friendly, and judgement-free environment.

Discovering Christ is a place where you can ask the questions you've always pondered, discuss the topics at hand, and learn from others' experiences.

In the aftermath of global challenges, many of us have found ourselves contemplating:

Why am I here?

What is life all about?

What truly brings happiness?

You're not alone in seeking answers. Over 1,600 participants have embarked on this journey at the Parish Community of Saint Helen, finding community and clarity along the way.

Program Details:

Start Date: Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to November 4th (No Session on October 14th for the Parish Mission)

Duration: Six weeks

Retreat Morning: Saturday, November 1, 2025

Embark on this exciting journey alongside others who share your passion for growth and fellowship. Following Christ is designed to help you delve deeper into your faith, strengthen your relationship with Jesus, and discover the true joy of living as a Catholic disciple.

If you have completed Discovering Christ and Following Christ, then please join us for Sharing Christ, the third part of the Christlife evangelization process.

Sharing Christ is a six-week experience held after the conclusion of Following Christ that focuses on personal or friendship evangelization, sharing our relationship with Jesus in our daily encounters with people. The course helps to develop an attitude of the heart that moves us to be open to share the Good News we have experienced anytime and anywhere.
